Dr. Ashley Vanderloop is a Podiatrist in Durango, CO. She grew up knowing she wanted to be a doctor to help others in need. She is an expert in all conditions of the foot and lower leg including clubfoot deformity correction in children and adults.
Dr. Vanderloop is originally from Michigan and went to Saginaw Valley State University where she majored in Biology/Pre-Med and played NCAA collegiate tennis. She then attended Dr. William Scholl Medical School in Chicago where she received her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine. She completed her residency at Detroit Medical Center in 2011.
Dr. Vanderloop has done mission work in third world countries including Mexico and Peru where she started a clubfoot clinic in the Amazon jungle. Over the past few years she has enjoyed working for the Navajo Reservation hospital in New Mexico.
Dr. Vanderloop is a virtual HealthTap Physician. She also enjoys utilizing natural medicine when appropriate.
She loves designing shoes but most enjoys spending time adventuring with her husband Travis and their two little boys.
